Sunset Pines on Little St. Germain Lake

Sunset Pines is a charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage on Little St. Germain Lake. This 956 acre lake offers lots of room for boating, skiing, swimming and great fishing.

There is a queen size bed and 2 twins. Bed linens are provided. The living room has a queen size futon, ceiling fan, window air conditioner and a cozy brick fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, towels and all necessary dishes and cooking utensils.

The bathroom has a full size shower and 6 sets of towels provided. We do provide a starter supply of paper products and soap.

Outside on the patio there is a picnic table, charcoal grill and firepit. The stairs lead down to your own private pier with a row boat and 2 kayaks. We also have boat rentals available by request.

Pets are allowed at the home, but must be supervised at all times and cleaned up after. Pet charge is $25 per night or $150 per week per pet.

We ask that you please DO NOT SMOKE inside the cottage. Fireworks are not allowed.
